We're sorry to see you go. Here's how you can manage your data and delete your account.

Data To Be Removed

When you delete your Spokina account, the following information will be permanently removed from our active databases:

⚠️ Permanent Action: Deleting your account will remove your data from our active systems. Deleting your account will NOT automatically cancel any active subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before requesting account deletion.

How to Delete

Via Spokina App (Immediate)

  1. Open Spokina on your device.
  2. Tap on your Profile (bottom-right icon).
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page.
  4. Tap on "Delete Account".
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

Via Web Request (48-72 Hours)

If you cannot access the app, send us a request from your registered email/phone number.

Account Deletion Process

When you request account deletion, your account is immediately deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion.

During the next 30 days, you can restore your account by logging in again using your registered phone number and OTP.

If you do not log in during this recovery period, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.

Timelines

Some information may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial record-keeping purposes as required by applicable laws.
