How do I cancel my Spokina subscription?
Open the Spokina app → Go to ProfileSubscription → tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can also contact us at contactspokina@gmail.com for assistance.
What is Spokina's refund policy?
All purchases on Spokina are final. No refund will be provided in any case. The only exception is a confirmed duplicate payment for the same transaction. Please contact us within 48 hours at contactspokina@gmail.com with transaction details. If the duplicate payment is confirmed, the extra amount will be returned to the original payment method.
How do I delete my Spokina account?
You can delete your account via Profile → Settings → Delete Account within the app, or visit spokina.com/delete-account. All your personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems.
I'm not receiving the OTP. What should I do?
Check that your mobile number is entered correctly and has an active network connection. Wait 60 seconds before requesting a resend. If the issue persists, contact us at contactspokina@gmail.com with your phone number and we'll assist you.
I was charged but my subscription is not active. What do I do?
Please email us at contactspokina@gmail.com with your registered phone number and payment transaction ID (from your bank statement or payment app). Our team will verify and activate your subscription within 24–48 hours.
Is my payment information safe with Spokina?
Yes. All payments are processed through certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Spokina does not store any card, UPI, or bank account details. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols.
Can I use Spokina on multiple devices?
Spokina is linked to your registered phone number. You can log in on any device using OTP verification, but simultaneous sessions on multiple devices may be restricted based on your subscription plan.
