No refunds on Spokina, except confirmed duplicate payments

Spokina follows a strict no-refund policy for subscriptions, trial plans, and any paid access purchased on the platform. This page exists to make that rule explicit before a user pays.

The only exception is when the same transaction is charged twice by mistake. If that duplicate payment is confirmed, the extra amount will be returned to the original payment method after review.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Spokina are final and non-refundable. This applies to trial plans, monthly subscriptions, renewals, one-time purchases, and unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

02

Duplicate Payment Exception

If the same transaction is deducted twice by mistake, you can report it to us within 48 hours. Once the duplicate payment is confirmed, the extra amount will be returned to your original payment method.

  • This exception applies only to duplicate payment for the same transaction
  • It does not apply to change-of-mind requests or partial usage disputes
  • It does not convert Spokina into a general refund-based service

Cancellation Still Stops Future Billing

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Cancellation stops future recurring charges, but it does not create a refund for the current billing cycle.

For billing questions or duplicate payment reporting, write to contactspokina@gmail.com. This is Spokina’s official support email across the website.
